About Us
Antoine Sehnaoui is a Lebanese banker, entrepreneur, film producer, and philanthropist.
He is Chairman of the Board of the SGBL Group (comprising the Société Générale de Banque au Liban SGBL, the Société Générale Bank Cyprus SGBCy and financial company Fidus Wealth Management) since 2007.
Since 2018, he is also the owner of « Pikes Peak National Bank » in Colorado, USA (acquired in 2018) and Chairman of the Board of the Compagnie Financière Richelieu (comprising Banque Richelieu France, Banque Richelieu Monaco and Richelieu Gestion).
Founded by Antoun Sehnaoui to fulfill his deep love of cinema, Ezekiel Film Production is a New York based production company with more than 30 feature films produced since its inception in 2013.
Ezekiel’s catalog includes two award winning films, namely “Clouds of Sils Maria” (2014; 19 wins and 42 nominations) and “The Insult” (2017; 17 wins and 14 nominations).
Premiered in the main competition of the Venice International Film Festival in August 2017 where it won the best actor prize, “The Insult”, produced by Antoun Sehnaoui, was nominated for an Academy award in the Foreign Language Film category in 2018, becoming Lebanon’s first ever Oscar-nominated film. Antoun Sehnaoui has since been welcomed as a member into the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences.
Antoun Sehnaoui is also one of the three pillars behind Rouge International, a Paris-based production company, which aims to encourage and develop arthouse cinema.
